The PG Connects Summit Montréal 2026 will be held on November 10th as part of the Montréal International Game Summit (MIGS). The event focuses on mobile games and AI, which leading analysts call the industry's 'growth engines', and will host 500 mobile games professionals for networking and business insight.

The summit's multi-track conference schedule covers several key areas. These tracks are designed to provide comprehensive industry knowledge.

Global Trends

This track offers an expansive view of the latest industry trends, facts, figures, and insights from around the world. It delves into the dynamic landscapes of both the East and the West, aiming to provide a comprehensive understanding of regional nuances, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities.

Game Maker Insights

Attendees can immerse themselves in real-world case studies from the industry's forefront. These studies cover areas such as game design, audio production, character design, user experience (UX), and narrative development. The session provides insights from practical examples that showcase successful approaches and innovative techniques.

The Growth Track

This segment focuses on user acquisition and retention techniques crucial for growing a game. It offers essential insights into strategies for business growth in adverse and new environments, UI optimisation, and continuous analysis of player feedback. The goal is to help attract and retain a dedicated player base.

The Big Indie Pitch

The summit will also host a special Mobile, plus PC + Console Edition of The Big Indie Pitch competition. In a quick-fire format, each game maker gets five minutes, including Q&A, with a panel of experts to pitch their title. All entrants receive real-time constructive feedback. Winners are presented with awards live on stage at the end of the summit.

A single ticket grants access to the entire MIGS conference as well. Presented by La Guilde du jeu vidéo du Québec in partnership with XP Gaming, MIGS is Canada’s largest and longest-running B2B video game conference. Last year's event gathered over 1,500 international game developers, publishers, service providers, and investors. The 2026 edition will feature three content stages of expert-led talks, a business lounge, a show floor, an ExDev Hub, and an Indie Zone.

A special 15% discount for PG Connects attendees has been arranged with MIGS. Tickets are currently available with Early Bird pricing. The organisers are also inviting expert speakers with insight and experience in mobile games to apply. Successful speakers gain complimentary VIP entry to the event. The event serves as a key gateway to the North American video game industry.
