World of Warships October update launches new events
Wargaming has launched its October update for World of Warships on PC and World of Warships: Legends on consoles, introducing Halloween events, new ship campaigns, and legendary vessels.

Wargaming has launched seasonal content across World of Warships on PC and World of Warships: Legends on consoles for October. The updates were officially announced, bringing Halloween-themed content and new progression paths for players.
A Halloween-themed battle mode was introduced in World of Warships: Legends. From October 8, players on PC can work through a Halloween event pass. This pass includes shriek-worthy rewards such as the battleship Warspite and exclusive cosmetics.
Halloween-themed content arrives with exclusive rewards
Players can access Halloween events and passes offering thematic rewards including the Warspite battleship and cosmetics. The Halloween battle mode comes packed with thematic rewards.
New ships and campaigns expand progression paths
Limited-time events introduce earnable premium ships through milestone completion and token collection. The Mares Inexplorados event in the Armory for World of Warships started on October 15. It introduces the tier VIII destroyers Datong and Philips van Almonde, obtainable via sailor tokens.
In World of Warships, players can dive into the strategic 'Pacific Front' event. It includes Operations, a grouped series of battles, building toward a final showdown with a Primary Target. Victory yields Progress Tokens which unlock prizes on a reward track. The track culminates in the receipt of U.S. Tier VI Premium destroyer Monaghan.
The 'Uncharted Seas' event is available from October 15. During it, players can collect Seafarer Tokens. These tokens can be used to unlock rewards including permanent camouflage, an enemy destruction effect, and rare bonuses.
In World of Warships: Legends, October’s update is headlined by a new four-week campaign, 'The Foghorn’s Bride'. Completing 80 milestones with Admiralty Backing in this campaign grants the British Tier VIII Premium cruiser Aberdeen. Aberdeen sports four twin 152mm turrets that fire Armour-Piercing shells and has fast-reloading guns to deal rapid damage.
The 'Road to New Year' event started on October 5. It allows players to earn future-redeemable small gifts, called Giftlets, by participating in in-game activities across consecutive updates. These can later be redeemed for a rare ship. Possible rare ships include the U.S. Legendary Tier Premium battleship Ohio, the Soviet Tier VII Premium battleship Lenin, or the French Tier VII Premium battleship Jean Bart.
Legendary ships enter the store and arsenal
Premium legendary-tier vessels are now obtainable via in-game currencies and projects. From October 5, the Pan-American Legendary Tier destroyer La Pampa comes to the Store in World of Warships: Legends, available for Steel. Also from October 5, the British Legendary Tier battleship St. Vincent arrives as a Bureau Project in the Arsenal.
Players can continue progressing through the 'Road to New Year' event to earn future-redeemable gifts for rare ships including the US legendary battleship Ohio, Soviet Lenin, or French Jean Bart.
